Delivery Information:

Whenever you have order some product from E-Store then the first question that pop-up into your mind is How much time taken by the courier to deliver the product? Which courier is used? Is the courier is profession or not? And how they notify to Customer regarding the date for the delivery? All are these questions are justified in the below section.

How Long does item take to deliver?

We always delivery the item according to the estimated time defined on the site Once we will receive the order from customer side, we dispatch it with next working 24 hours to make the delivery process faster.

Which Courier we used? Is the courier is professional or not?

We use on-time courier company for last 10 year its most professional courier they know how deal with the heavy product and how prevent it from damage during transit. Our courier has professional person with long term experience of delivering heavy products.

How Courier will notify the customer regarding the Date for the delivery?

Our courier will must inform the customer before 24 hour of the delivery and courier driver will also inform to customer and hour before the delivery to make the delivery process smooth or friendly.

Note:

Courier Company deliver the item at Ground floor if you want the delivery above then you need to discuss this with courier they will charge you minor amount to lift it up stairs.

Delivery Address Upgradation:

At Furniture Bazar, we will offer you Money back Guarantee this is to certified that we only offer you the quality stuff that you are looking for the price. If there is any part received defected or Damage then customer has right to claim the refund. We accept your 30 Days Claim once the item will deliver

If any of the customer upgrade their Address after the order shipped then they need to pay courier serve charge again because we need to hold the delivery with the courier and rescheduled it for you.

Customer claim will be accepted if you fulfill the following Conditions.

Product Guarantee:

If any of the customer want to upgrade their Delivery Address then make sure must inform the company before it dispatched because once the order will dispatch it very difficult to switch the delivery Address.

If any of the customer upgrade their Address after the order shipped then they need to pay courier serve charge again because we need to hold the delivery with the courier and rescheduled it for you.

Conditions:

If you have any issue with the product quality then make sure.

  • Item must be same as received.
  • No assembly will be attempted.
  • Item must packed in its original packing because it’s important for courier company health and safety.
  • Item must be complete.
  • If Customer order the wrong item, then we do not accept the claim.
Defected or Damage Item:

If any of the customer receive defected or damage item then Company is responsible to sort out the customer matter but some term and condition are applied that are discussed below.

Conditions:
  • The Claim only be accepted with the return time period.
  • If any of the customerreceived defected or damage item then they must need to inform us within 2 to 3 days after the delivery made because in most of the condition product is damaged by the courier person during transit and after 3 days of delivery courier will not accept any claim.
  • If there is any of the pat is defected or damage then we are responsible to arrange the replacement part for the customer.
  • If the product is damage by the customer itself then customer need to pay the price of the defected part.
  • If there is any manufacturing issue then we are responsible to sort this out by sending the replacement parts or by offering some sort of partial discount it’s up to the customer because customer satisfaction always be our first priority.

Return and Refund:

If any of the customer want to return the item just for the full refund then make sure customer must be fallen under following condition.

  • Customer need to be made sure item must be same as received.
  • No damage to the product or packing as well.
  • Item must be in resell able condition.
  • Item must be complete if there is any of the part is missing then customer is not eligible for the refund or return.
  • If there is any of the modification or assembly attempted then customer is not eligible for the return or refund.
  • For the Refund make sure item must be returned first.

Return and Exchange:

If any of the customer want to switch the product with the other one then they must need to be fallen under the following Condition.

  • Exchange can only be accepted within 30 days after that customer is not eligible to exchange the product.
  • Customer need to pay the courier serve charges which is totally depend on the area where you live.
  • Make sure item must be same as delivered.
  • Item must be packed in its original packing or In resell able condition.
  • Parcel must be complete.
  • No harm to the packing or the product as well.

Change or Mind or Order Cancellation:

Change of Mind and order cancellation can be accepted but under some certain conditions.

Condition:

  • Order cancellation can be accepted with 24 hour or before dispatching
  • After the order will be dispatch cancellation is possible but courier charge will be deducted from the customer total refund

If the item is delivered already the Change of mind or the cancellation will be accepted but in some certain condition.

  • Need to bear the courier service charges
  • Item must be packed in its original packing
  • Make sure item must be in resell able condition
  • Item must be completed
  • No harm to the packing or item as well
  • Need to return the item first then the refund will be proceeded
  • Item checked by our professionals first then return will be accepted
