At Furniture Bazar, we aim to create a competitive and seamless shopping experience for both customers and sellers. To ensure fairness and security for both parties, our professional higher management has established the following terms and conditions, which must be followed honestly.
1. Order Delivery Information
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours to ensure fast delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Which Courier Do We Use?
We have partnered with a professional courier service with 10+ years of experience handling heavy furniture safely.
How Will You Be Notified?
Our courier will notify you 24 hours before delivery and again one hour before arrival to ensure a smooth process.
Important Note:
Couriers deliver to the ground floor only. If you require delivery above ground level, additional charges will apply, which must be discussed with the courier in advance.
2. Product Guarantee
We offer a money-back guarantee to certify the quality of our products. If an item is received defective or damaged, you have the right to claim a refund or replacement within 30 days.
Address Change After Order Shipment
If you need to update your delivery address after dispatch, you will be required to pay an additional courier service charge.
3. Conditions for Claims & Returns
- The item must be the same as received.
- No assembly should be attempted.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Item must be complete with all parts.
- Wrong item orders are not eligible for claims.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, the company will resolve the issue, but the following conditions apply:
- Claims must be made within 2–3 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by the courier must be reported within this time frame.
- If only a part is damaged, we will arrange a replacement.
- If damage is caused by the customer, they must pay for replacement parts.
- For manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement or a partial refund.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers can return items for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition as received.
- No damage to the product or packaging.
- Item must be in resellable condition.
- All parts must be intact; missing parts make the return ineligible.
- Assembly or modifications void the return eligibility.
- Refunds are processed only after the item is returned.
6. Exchange Policy
If a customer wants to exchange an item, the following conditions apply:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days.
- Customers must pay additional courier charges.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- No damage to the product or packaging.
- Item must be complete with all parts.
7. Change of Mind & Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel or change their order under these conditions:
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours before dispatch.
- After dispatch, cancellations are possible, but courier charges will be deducted.
- If the item is already delivered, customers can still cancel, but:
- Courier service charges must be covered by the customer.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- All parts must be included.
- No damage should be present.
- The return must be completed before the refund is processed.
- Items will be inspected before approval.
