All purchases made through Furniture Bazar come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, but you must meet the following criteria.

• Original packaging must be intact.
• No assembly or modifications should be attempted.
• The item must be complete with all parts.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return the item to our return address or request a collection service (charges apply based on location).

• Item must be in the same condition as received.
• Must be packed in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Received Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement, subject to the following conditions:

• No damage to the packaging or item.
• Item must be returned first before exchange.

Full Refund Policy

Customers can return items for a full refund if they meet the 30-day return period, with conditions including:

• Customers returning the item themselves will not incur charges.
• Collection by us will have courier charges based on location.
• Once received, the refund will be processed.

Return and Exchange
